High Fashion: from 30k to 300k revenues in 3 months

Our client is a benchmark in the High Fashion Industry with an annual e-commerce turnover close to EUR 10 million.

Most of the revenue was initially generated exclusively by online ads. A “mandatory” investment that does not really allow to identify new areas of growth.
We therefore proposed an alternative strategy aimed at upselling and prospecting and based on customer segmentation - according to all the relevant variables available (gender, age, purchasing patterns, browsing experience). We set up a pop-up powered by the Klaviyo AI software, in order to increase data availability.

Nowadays, 33% of its total revenue comes from email marketing automation - coupled with new and better quality contents. Previously, email marketing generated 3% of the total revenue. The new turnover is additional to what was previously recorded.

Bottega Sicana: x6 times revenue growth in 45 days

Bottega Sicula is a food dropshipping Company with a focus on products derived from Sicilian artisans. In March 2020 they experienced a huge growth, collecting 25,000 email addresses that guaranteed 30% of the revenue.

By revising the texts and adopting a new language capable of enhancing the quality of the products, we segmented the audience based on their interactions with the website. Specifically, we recorded the users' reactions to recommendations based on previous purchases (each user receives custom advice based on their purchase behaviour).

Thanks to the new email marketing set up, the Company experienced - in 45 days - a x6 times revenue growth over the previous period, counting +45% directly from email activity (from €4,000 to over €30,000/month).

Farmacia online: from 0 to 15k revenues in 30 days.

Our client experienced a very rapid growth during the Pandemic. However, they had an untapped opportunity to take advantage of: monetising an 8000 emails database collected over time.

In order to achieve this goal, we identified a new communication strategy, based on a wide variety of topics that could enhance the client's offer in such a sensitive and competitive market. We developed a communication based on reliability, certifications and in general on content marketing. The rich catalogue made it possible to feed the email marketing A.I. with a large amount of data.

We personalized the email communication, reducing the frequency of mailings and increasing the relevance of the offers. The integrated management system has also made it possible to target offers based on economic opportunities and margins.

Already at the end of the first month of this new strategy application, email marketing generated an additional €15,000, with further increases in the months to come.
